About Roadster Reference and corrections
Roadster Reference publishes original English-language reference articles about the Tesla Roadster’s October 2026 redesign. Our work connects the reveal to questions a specification list leaves unanswered: how an assisted launch should be compared, which hardware belongs to each configuration, and what a reservation actually establishes.
Publisher and authorship
Section titled “Publisher and authorship”Articles are published under the Roadster Reference publication byline. It identifies the publisher, rather than a named individual with an automotive résumé. AI tools assist source discovery and drafting; the editorial policy describes their use. We do not claim to have driven the car, attended the reveal or conducted vehicle tests.
What we contribute
Section titled “What we contribute”The acceleration analysis shows the arithmetic and assumptions behind the advertised times. The technology article separates fan load, vehicle weight and the tire load that follows under a stated model. These are original calculations, not measurements attributed to another outlet.
The configuration comparison maps the reported hardware to road, circuit and maneuvering use. The reservation guide separates cash committed from a known purchase price. Our tables and explanations are written for those specific questions. External reporting supplies the attributed launch facts; it does not supply a driving experience for this publication.
The site is unaffiliated with Tesla and SpaceX. It does not sell vehicles, take deposits, arrange Rocket invitations or access reservation accounts. For account or purchase support, contact Tesla through its official channels.
The source library identifies the material used, including access limits. The editorial policy explains the distinction between claims, targets, tests and our own calculations.
Send a correction
Section titled “Send a correction”Identify the exact statement and what should replace it. A public document or source URL is more useful than an unsupported alternative figure. Do not send account numbers, receipts, payment details or other private information.
The form stores the page URL, message and submission time for up to 30 days. It collects no reply address and cannot provide correspondence or promise a response time. See the privacy notice for the storage details.
Edition covered
Section titled “Edition covered”This edition covers the October 15 event and sources reviewed on October 16, 2026. The original car and 2017 concept appear as context. Current articles have been individually revised to place numerical claims beside their sources, separate configuration targets from the event result, and remove repeated generic source notes.
